Extreme Accountability Challenge Day 10
I have been pretty much stuck at the same weight the last few days, but since this is about the 1000th weight loss journey I’ve gone on I’ve become a bit of an expert. There are ups downs and plateaus, what matters is sticking to the plan and staying the course. I’m no different than anyone else I want massive results every day, that’s probably what’s thrown me off course all of those other times. The difference this time is I’m sticking to my program to the letter, because I know that you are watching. Thank you for taking time to read and like or comment daily on the posts, it is a powerful accountability for me and the other participants. What’s interesting about this posting my weight daily on Facebook is that it is kind of like Edison when asked concerning inventing the lightbulb, “How did it feel to fail 10,000 times before getting it right, his reply, ” Sir I did not fail, I successfully found 10,000 ways that a lightbulb will not work, that’s how I found the way that would work.”
That’s how this Extreme Accountability Challenge is for me. The other 1000 weight loss failures were the ways that would not work, this is the one that will.
175 pounds here I come!
