Extreme Accountability Challenge
Day 27
Total weight loss to date 27.6 pounds
Before the EAC days off and weekends usually were built around cooking out or some new recipes that I wanted to create. Food was pretty much the focus of any relaxation. This past weekend and the last several have been quite a bit different. Food has not been the focus at all. Actually yesterday finding some clothes that fit better and weren’t too baggy was one of my tasks. All those clothes that I have been keeping hoping to get to wear again one day..well it looks like that day is here and more to come. On another note, I won’t be hanging on to the fat clothes, I won’t ever need them again!
The steps to joining the Extreme Accountability Challenge are:
Step 1-Weigh and take a photo of the reading on the scales
Step 2-post to all of Facebook (tag me in the post so that you are added to our group)
Step 3-Repeat everyday until you reach your goal weight.
We don’t tell you what to eat or how to exercise but I think you will find this to be the most powerful appetite suppressant you have ever used
