One of those days where I plateau. I wish it showed a 10 pound weight loss every day but I’m really okay with the number. I know that I stuck to the plan that John Davisson designed for me to the letter. I cannot control the scales but I must control me…and I did. The scales will fall in line.

If you have been watching the few of us that are brave enough and committed enough to reaching their real weight. Join us. Here are the steps.
This is all that you need to do to participate.
Step 1-Weigh and take a photo of the reading on the scales
Step 2- Post the picture of your scales reading and your goal weight to all of Facebook (tag me in the post so that you are added to our private Facebook group)
Step 3-Repeat everyday until you reach your goal weight.
We don’t tell you what to eat or how to exercise but I think you will find this to be the most powerful appetite suppressant you have ever used
