Extreme Accountability Challenge
Day 26
Total weight loss to date 26.4 pounds
Completing 25 days of what I had originally planned as a 252 day journey to 175 pounds. I know that I have a long way to go still but there is no doubt that I will get to 175 pounds. This is the first time in my adult life that I know that I can do this. If you’re wondering how I know, here’s the formula:
– I am following a proven eating plan that isn’t some fad diet but one that I’ve watched a friend lose 65 pounds and keep it off for over 10 years. It’s doable and proven over time to work.
– I have the most extreme accountability that I’ve ever heard of, YOU! Lots of you are watching, some liking, some commenting. That gives me willpower that I have never had before.
– I’ve made up my mind, onceand for all . I will never be obese again as long as I live. And remember never underestimate the power of a made up mind.
If you’ve made up your mind and are done being overweight. Join us and start posting your weight daily to Facebook. You have as much courage as you decide to have. The real question for me and you is not whether we want to lose the weight, of course we do, but how badly do you want to be healthy and thin? Make up your mind and get it done.
The steps to joining the Extreme Accountability Challenge are:
Step 1-Weigh and take a photo of the reading on the scales
Step 2-post to all of Facebook (tag me in the post so that you are added to our group)
Step 3-Repeat everyday until you reach your goal weight.
We don’t tell you what to eat or how to exercise but I think you will find this to be the most powerful appetite suppressant you have ever used
