Extreme Accountability Challenge Day 6
As I am almost at the end of my first week of the Extreme Accountability Challenge, this is proof positive that knowing that I have to post this picture of my scales each morning is a powerful deterrent to my food cravings. I’m not sure when I became such a foodie, but walking by the pantry knowing that there is something to snack on and not having at least a taste would have seemed unthinkable to me a week ago. Now I just go for another glass of water and believe it or not it is satisfying. Thanks to everyone willing to read these posts and for being my accountability partners throughout this journey. Remember if you would like to join the 4 of us that are posting our weight each morning, we have now created a private Facebook group for the Extreme Accountability Challenge Participants.
This is all that you need to do to participate.
Step 1-Weigh and take a photo of the reading on the scalesStep 2- Post the picture of your scales reading and your goal weight to all of Facebook (tag me in the post so that you are added to our private Facebook group)

Step 3-Repeat everyday until you reach your goal weight.

We don’t tell you what to eat or how to exercise but I think you will find this to be the most powerful appetite suppressant you have ever used.
Don’t look left, right, up, or down,” just jump!
It’ll change your life and every one around you.
