Extreme Accountability Challenge This just keeps getting better! This morning Angie Thomas and I slept in for a change so sorry that I am late posting my Daily View From my Scales. Pretty fun, I broke into the 280’s this morning with a weigh in of 289.6#. But the real story for me this morning is my wife Angie jumping off this cliff with me. She is the 4th participant in this Extreme Accountability but really the bravest of all. A woman posting her weight for the world to see. Are you kidding me?? Yes a woman willingly posted her weight. What kind of lady would do that? I can tell you the kind that I want to spend the rest of my life with. A longer and healthier life thanks to this challenge. Wow!! My girl rocks!! There have been several people wanting to know how and what we are doing and often we are getting a lot of advice. The advice is welcome as long as you are all in with us and here is our simple but effective formula.Step 1-Weigh and take a photo of the reading on the scales Step 2-post to all of Facebook (tag me in the post so that you are added to our group) Step 3-Repeat everyday until you reach your goal weight. We don’t tell you what to eat or how to exercise but I think you will find this to be the most powerful appetite suppressant you have ever used Don’t look left, right, up, or down just jump It’ll change your life and every one around you. 175 pounds here I come!!!
